With HAND SELECT our senior order picker hand selects the best of each STEN part out of the storage bins (all our individual parts are in bins). NOTE - Original 1940s war production STEN parts were made by hundreds of contractors and had a multitude of metal finishes - e.g. various paint types and colors, oiled, parkerized, greased, oxide, and some with no finish at all. Our parts are not wore out, abused or rusty, but they have been in bulk storage in our warehouse for over 25 years and in government arsenals before that - so don't expect pretty blued parts wrapped in grease paper.
