This video was made at the ATF Dealers Seminar held at the S.H.O.T. after the passage o the Firearms Owners Protection Act of 1994. Here the ATF hierarchy present their position on the ACT and how it applies to Gun Dealers , but particularly and mostly to the Machine Gun Ban. They field many questions from the audience and the video even extends to private questions after the close of the seminar season. Lots of good info here if you deal in Class 3 goods.
